ENGAGE THE CURIOUS
by CREATING space for others to encounter Jesus.
In 2022, we launched Craft Pilgrim to provide opportunities for others to explore faith through the practice of pilgrimage (transformational travel experiences around personas and places). In addition, over half a million people walk ancient pilgrimage paths in Europe every year. We point pilgrims walking on the Camino and the Via Francigena to Jesus through hospitality and debrief houses. Two properties will be opening in 2027, Fonte di Vorno in Italy and Ponte Maceira in Spain.

by FORMING & SENDING followers to participate in God's mission in Europe
Jesus formed his disciples by walking with them. We form followers by facilitating transformative pilgrimages. We also send and equip teams of volunteers to serve and share the gospel with pilgrims at various hospitality homes. In 2025, we sent 40 volunteers to Italy who had meaningful spiritual conversations with over 750 pilgrims.
We also mobilize people to launch movements in European cities through Leader Impact, a Cru ministry focused on marketplace leaders. Leader Impact currently has a presence in 12 European countries and 22 cities impacting 4,000 leaders.

Through Momentum Europe, a network of over 100 partners, we help facilitate collaboration with Cru missionaries in Europe to help reach marginalized refugees to business, government, and society leaders. In 2024, Momentum Europe gave $300,000 to fund various ministry initiatives.
