In 2022, we created Craft Pilgrim to provide Cru networks in U.S. cities opportunities to explore faith through the practice of pilgrimage (transformational travel experiences around personas and places). In addition, because more than half a million people walk these ancient paths in Europe every year, Cru reaches out to pilgrims through hospitality homes in Spain & Italy and through digital media, recently released by The Jesus Film Project.

We helped launch TruNorth Cooperative in 2019 to equip 20-somethings in city contexts. In the past seven years we've come alongside over 1,500 20-somethings through creative resources, mentoring, and facilitating transformative learning experiences, like our City Lab.

We come alongside a range of individuals, from those just starting out their careers to people of means and influence in various sectors of business and government. In cooperation with Cru's leader strategies such as Momentum Europe and Leader Impact, we connect people to God's mission in Europe and help activate others to invest their Leadership, Influence, Finances and Expertise to move various ministry initiatives forward.
