In 2022, we launched Craft Pilgrim to give the 900 Cru City staff in the U.S. opportunities to invite their networks of people to explore faith through the practice of pilgrimage (themed travel experiences around personas and places). In addition, because more than half a million people walk these ancient paths in Europe every year, Cru also engages with pilgrims through hospitality homes in Spain, Portugal & Italy.

We launched TruNorth Cooperative in 2019 to equip 20-somethings in city contexts. In the past six years we've come alongside over 1,500 20-somethings by creating content, mentoring, coaching, and transformative learning experiences, like our City Lab.

We come alongside those just starting out their careers to people of means and influence in various sectors of business and government. In cooperation with leader strategies of Cru such as Momentum Europe and Leader Impact, we also activate people to invest their Leadership, Influence, Finances and Expertise with a focus on God's mission in Europe.
