Since 1951, Cru has been involved in reaching leaders. As an expression of Cru, Leader Impact's mission is to help leaders thrive professionally, personally and spiritually for lasting impact. We specifically focus on leaders in cities and pilgrims on trails in Europe and beyond.

The pilgrimage space in Europe has become a place where many look to reset and refresh themselves. Many of these pilgrims are seeking God or some kind of spiritual experience. We seek to have a presence on these ancient paths to journey with them. Cru's hospitality house on The Camino in Spain has shared the gospel with over a million pilgrims in the past 25 years.

- Leader Impact in Europe has a presence in 12 countries and 22 cities impacting 4,000 leaders. We send people to help launch new Leader Impact movements in cities.
- Over 500,000 people walk ancient paths in Europe every year. We send people to walk trails and serve pilgrims at hospitality homes in Spain and Italy.
